Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 Nights and it has been so nice. The staff is very friendly and keen to help at Any time. After a few hours it felt like We’re a Family. Turtles are walking around in the pool area and you can Feed them of you like. You get to know More about the staff in such a Short period of time which is very lovely. Especially Hamza is very nice and makes the Best Berber Whisky. Thank you so much- it has been an absolute pleasure.

My journey in Morocco started and ended in Marrakech. I reserved Riad Chorfa for my last night to catch a flight back home to the States. Since it was in January, it was pretty chilly in the mornings and evenings. With that said, this is a Riad, so they will have heaters in each room and the common courtyard area would be quite cold. Even as it warms up in the day, these traditional homes that are now often turned to hotels and guest houses keep the cool air in. The heater in my room wasn’t effective at all. I’ve had this experience throughout my trip in Morocco but the difference was I mostly rented out an entire Riad instead of staying in one reserved room, so if one room didn’t have good heating I had other empty rooms to choose from. I didn’t have an option in this case even as staff tried to assist in increasing the temp. As far as the decor, it’s gorgeous, lots of picture worthy spots in this hotel. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel, their food was delicious, the dining area is beautiful. Needless to say, I plopped myself right next to the fire place because I was always cold. (I do get cold easily).Staff was accommodating in holding a rug I had purchased earlier during my trip when I had first landed in Marrakech. It had been delivered to the hotel, so by the time I traveled back to Marrakech and checked in, it was there waiting for me.If you want to stay in a Riad, consider some of the nuisances that may come with these beautiful structures: depending on the weather- it might be too chilly, ensure your heater works! if it’s a Riad converted into a hotel, consider the noise level as the rooms and many times the windows are facing the indoor-ish courtyard where people may dine and congregate. If you are sharing a room with your friends, be aware that some rooms may not provide enough privacy. sometimes the bathrooms don’t have doors, my room was two levels where I walked up the bathroom which overlooked my entire room and had a window that looks out into the courtyard. this might be an awkward situation when you need a door to close, even more awkward because I feel like you can probably hear EVERYTHING, even from the courtyard.My stay was nice, the place is gorgeous, staff were helpful, but I prefer renting out an entire home via Airbnb for myself for the same price or cheaper than just having one room to myself. If hotels are your preference I would recommend this place as along as you can deal with the small nuisances.

We stayed 6 days in the Riad. It is located in the old Medina, but away from the hustle and bustle of Jema El Efna. It has a beautiful little pool to keep cool during the hot days. It also has a few day beds on the roof to watch the sunset or to just chill. The staff were so lovely and helpful, they gave us a lot of recommendations for attractions and also where to eat and to change money etc. There are also 4 little turtles walking around by the pool during the day. We absolutely loved our stay in the Riad and will definitely come back when we are back in Marrakech.

This is a rather large riad about 5 mins walk from the main square with a central courtyard where people gather and where breakfast is served. It's pleasant enough, but they don't go the extra mile as do others I stayed in Marrakech and elsewhere in Morocco. The room was a good size, although on the ground floor with no window. The breakfast was ordinary at best. I found the attitude here indifferent and not completely guest focused. I wouldn't say the experience was bad but it wasn't great either, 6 or 7 out of 10. There are many better choices.

Had a 4 night stay here with my mum and 5 year old. The location is wonderful to explore the Médina and the staff here could not do enough to help. Recommended safe places to eat, suggested places to visit and treated my daughter like a princess.. would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
